A company full of innovative and incredibly talented artists and designers, that I just discovered and made my boat hover. They have worked with multinational companies such as CocaCola and Lexus.

On my trail through the world of procrastination I came across this awesome stopmotion animation for created for the song Verbal Headlock - by Clutchy Hopkins. Yet another way of playing with Stop motion to alter normal actions you would expect to see in a band, and transformaing the way you look at them or just making it alot more interesting. This was diected by Christian Borstlap.

The Cat Came Back

This is a mad animation from the created by Cordell Barker, 1988. You can probably guess what this is about basically a devoted loner is constantly pestered by the same yelllow cat over and over again. Every time he tries to get ride of it, he always comes out worse, sort of 'coyote and the road runner' story. It is extremely well animated and the sound affects are brilliant. It has inspired me to not only use appropriate sound effects but to experiment with the distance they you could hear them at. So playing around with muffling, volume, distortions, and also memorable noises that play a part in everyday life to be used for scene that represent similar actions or scenes (closing blinds for the moon coming up). This has won a Genie award, 1989 for best animated short film.
